Mooligan

Privacy Policy

Effective 20 October 2026

Mooligan is a Magic: The Gathering companion app for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app uses, where it goes and how you can delete it. In short: without an account, your data stays on your phone. With an account, we store only what's needed to sync it and show your profile. We don't show ads, we don't track you, and we don't sell your data.

Without an account

You can use Mooligan without signing in. Everything you create stays on your device: your collection, binders, decks, scans, sticker photos and game results.

With an account

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive and store:

We use this data only to sign you in, show your profile and sync your data. It is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts our servers.

Services the app contacts

To show cards, sets, prices and events, the app downloads data from our own servers (mooligan.com) and from third-party services such as Scryfall, MTGJSON and EDHREC. Like any website, these services see your IP address and basic request details when the app contacts them. We don't send them your account details or your collection.

Store links, such as TCGplayer, Card Kingdom and Cardmarket, open in your browser and may include referral codes. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

What we don't do

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile. This permanently removes your account, profile picture and synced data from our servers. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.

Children

Mooligan is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
